Delete Your ccmux Account

You can delete your ccmux account from inside the app or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to ccmux.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion dialog.

Request deletion by email

Email whighwall@gmail.com from the email address on your ccmux account. Include "ccmux account deletion request" in the subject line.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes your ccmux account records, registered devices, terminal session records, refresh tokens, and push notification tokens from the hosted service.

What may be retained

Some billing, security, and operational records may be retained only when required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or service-security purposes. ccmux does not sell terminal content or use it for advertising.
